Marco Muzzo is a Canadian businessman and the grandson of Italian construction magnate, Marcello Muzzo. He is primarily known for his involvement in a high-profile drunk driving case that resulted in multiple fatalities.

In September 2015, Muzzo was driving while impaired in Vaughan, Ontario. He ran a stop sign and collided with a minivan carrying six members of the Neville-Lake family. The crash resulted in the deaths of Daniel Neville-Lake (9), Harrison Neville-Lake (5), Milagros Neville-Lake (2), and their grandfather, Gary Neville. Their grandmother and great-grandmother were also severely injured.

Muzzo pleaded guilty to four counts of impaired driving causing death and two counts of impaired driving causing bodily harm. He was sentenced to ten years in prison, a sentence which was later reduced by time served. The case garnered significant media attention in Canada due to the tragic loss of life and the Muzzo family's wealth and prominence. His release from prison and subsequent parole eligibility have remained a subject of public interest.
